JavaScript HTML DOM

The HTML DOM (Document Object Model)

When a web page is loaded, the browser creates a Document Object Model of the page

I will try to catch all the computer science

I will try to have an understanding what is HTML DOM, I don't know why, probably, for curiosity sake :)

I repeat Python also: Python Functions

A function is a block of code which only runs when it is called... Information can be passed into functions as arguments. Arguments are specified after the function name, inside the parentheses. You can add as many arguments as you want, just separate them with a comma. Arguments are often shortened to args in Python... The terms parameter and argument can be used for the same thing: information that are passed into a function... From a function's perspective: A parameter is the variable listed inside the parentheses in the function definition. An argument is the value that is sent to the function when it is called. (See more details on the W3SCHOOL).

CSS Units

CSS Units: CSS has several different units for expressing a length (See details on W3School).

CSS Font Size

The font-size property sets the size of the text. (See details on W3SCHOOL).

COVID-19 pandemic in Russia's care homes

COVID-19 pandemic in Russia's care homes. Public health in Russian elderly care homes during COVID-19 pandemic.

Author's note:

I had started to write the article "COVID-19 pandemic in Russia's care homes" in the Wikipedia a half year ago, but Wikipedia users had proposed a deletion for the article, because they had said 'there was no need of such article on Wikipedia' and they had proposed to shorten and merge my writing with a Global observation on the Wikipedia "Impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on long-term care facilities". I was partly upset in that time that they had decided "there was no need" and then stopped the writing. But later, just in case, I decided to publish the writing here, but I must say, as I had stopped the work, the article was not updated, especially regarding the list of the actual cases by region.

Lavrinoff, V.P. (Rus. Лавринов, В.П., @poetVecheslaff on Twitter)

Abstract:

The first officially confirmed case of Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) in Russian nursing homes for the elderly and disabled was registered in the nursing home for the elderly and disabled, located the town of Vyazma (About the Vyazma care home), on April 11, 2020 (Allenova, 2020).

Deputy Minister of Ministry of Labour and Social Protection Olga Batalina reported on April 23, 2020 that 450 Russians living in nursing homes were infected with the COVID-19, and diseases were registered in seven regions of Russia. The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation called in April 2020 to close all care homes in full quarantine. At the beginning of May 2020, Elizaveta Oleskina, an employee of the Charity Fund "Starost v Radost" (Old Age in Joy), reported that there were cases of COVID-19 in nursing homes for elderly people in 20 Russian regions (Allenova, 2020).

Because Russia that time had yet no statistics about the coronavirus cases in Russian care homes, we can juxtapose the similar statistics from the United Kingdom to understand the danger of the new virus for elderly people. National Health Service of the United Kingdom in its guideline said that care home are particularly vulnerable to suffer from the COVID-19, because residents have close contact inside, carers may unintentionally spread the infection if there is lack of appropriate protection, the elderly often have other underlying diseases,—data on death from COVID-19 in care homes in Scotland, published on May 15, 2020, showed that 45% of all who died from the infection were residents of care homes (Holt and Butcher, 2020).

Office for National Statistics (United Kingdom) also estimated that personnel in care homes are twice as likely to die from COVID-19 than other health service workers (Holt and Butcher, 2020).

The number of the elderly or disabled people living in Russian nursing homes is estimated (as on 2020) about 280,000 (Allenova, 2020).

Russia has also increasing number of the private elderly care homes. The number of the elderly, living in Russian private care homes, was estimated (as on 2020) about 25,000, but no open information available about the cases of the COVID-19 in the private care homes (HRW, 2020).

Human Rights Watch declared on 2 June 2020, that Russian government must openly publish all the data about the cases of COVID-19 in the Russian care homes because there was an alarming information about silencing of the facts about the cases of the COVID-19 in the Russsia's care homes that may even increase risk of occurring of the disease outbreaks in the care homes (HRW, 2020).

Infection pathways

The Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Russia Olga Batalina named two main ways for infection to enter care homes: with infected personnel, and with care home residents who were treated in hospitals (Izvestiya, 2020).

Prevention

Disease prevention can be through full quarantine of a boarding home. For example, in April 2020, in the Bryansk region, all 20 care homes were quarantined after cases of coronavirus were reported in the care home for the elderly and disabled in the town of Seltso (Izvestiya, 2020)(About the Seltso care home).

Russian charity "Starost v Radost" fund's Elizaveta Oleskina said that care homes in order to prevent infection may impose two-week quarantine for personnel to stay inside, as well as regular testing of infection. The nursing homes may organize "dirty" and "clean" zones, divided by filter lock. The Russian charity fund's Elizaveta Oleskina said that there was lack of personnel, nurses and medical doctors in Russian care homes for the elderly, so it needed to organize good employment for care homes. Elizaveta Oleskina said that the Russian social health service workers had little payment and there was lack of them, and that worsened the health situation of the elderly. Elizaveta Oleskina said that oxygen devices are necessary in nursing homes because when hospitals have a shortage of beds, the elderly might stay for treatment in their nursing homes (Allenova, 2020).

If to juxtapose the practices to the United Kingdom, then British government said about the prevention that personal protective equipment (PPE) had to be necessary for care homes' personnel, as well as testing on COVID-19 for residents and staff (Holt and Butcher, 2020).

Fear to be sacked among personnel

Russia's statistics of those who have died from COVID-19 are reported as the lowest in Europe (Rainsford, 2020). However, staff in the nursing home "Vishenki", located in the city of Smolensk, said on May 28, 2020 that at least eight residents had died since May 3, but that they were not counted as COVID-19 related, neither autopsy nor virus testing were carried out and their deaths were registered due to other causes. The personnel also wanted to remain anonymous when they were interviewed by BBC, because they were afraid of publicity that would cause them to be fired (Rainsford, 2020).

DRAFT OF NUMBER OF MY THOUGHTS ABOUT POETRY

Introduction into my understanding what is poetry

I think poetry is, in general, the same text that we read in prose if to think about the poetry as a sort of contents of words. Poetry has words inside, and the same prose does. So, trying to write some poetry, I must watch all the books that were written in the past as the Bible, Quran, Indian Sanskrit and Chinese Historical books (but about the Indian I have very vague acknowledgement, while Chinese I more or less understand as some sort of poetry and history of ancient kings). So, probably, if I read the Bible, I must also read the Quran, Indian Sanskrit books, and then, if I see there is some I can add to the told in the ancient books, I would add some my new poetry, in all, some number of words, which I can, if I want, to write in rhyme. But now I have huge problem: I am afraid to read the Indian Sanskrit and the Quran, because I guess there are lots of vague words, that I need during hundred years to read, and, probably, it may happen, I then will regret that I waisted my time on the reading instead enjoying my usual Christian life, or to say pricesely, to suffer my Christian cross in the view of the obtainig the Kingdom of Heaven. In all, I think, I saw in brief in the Quran, then a bit in the Sanskrit, and quickly back to suffer with my cross of following Jesus Christ.

I WAS IN OTOLARYNGOLOGY DEPARTMENT OF REGIONAL HOSPITAL JULY 21-28 (IN THE CITY OF KALUGA)

I was in the otolaryngology department of the regional hospital in the City of Kaluga during July 21-28. I had my mobile phone (Nokia Lumia 630) with me but not recording anything because was feeling a bit sick. This is only I snapped the pigeon on my ward windowsill.

Also I snapped my X-Ray examination (My chest with lungs was also good). I was asked to do X-Ray because registering doctor said I must do X-Ray as necessiry before allowing me for otolaryngology treatment (I think that X-Ray was because the pandemic obviously to see my lungs just in case).

Then later an otolaryngology doctor pumped my sinusitis with needle and syringe (4 times during a week) and said my sinusitis became Ok and I left the hospital on July 28. Then, when I left the hospital doors behind, I was so happy that recorded my YouTube Vlog how I was going home by train (see my YouTube).

My mother has second time for this week high blood pressure

My mother has second time for this week high blood pressure as a seizure because she read local newspaper and watch local TV. And the local media say that here is 1 or 2 ill people with coronavirus. She thought probably that this infection happens only in Italy or China, and was very terrified by the local news. She take her drugs from high blood pressure. Hope she will recover because it's just she had a shock when reading the local newspaper of our town of Sukhinichi.

APRIL 8, 2020 PHOTOSHOP

Here is my photoshop today. I photographed myself near my notebook. I feel good. But here is still quarantine in Russia. In fact, I can walk in a local supermarket, or a telephone shop, pharmacy shop (but pharmacy shop I guess is very dangerous spot) but I just think it would be so embarrassing! You must put on some mask, wash your hands every 5 minutes, don't speak, don't breath, don't sniff! Then must I wash my shoes after walking? So I stay home all the time.
To say true, I think actually it is very important to stay home now if you have the opportunity. I watch currently on YouTube about CNN reports of journalist Chris Cuomo, brother of the New York Governer Andrew Cuomo, who was tested positive the COVID-19 on March 31, 2020, so he was saying the same all the time: stay home, stay home, stay home, in all, because maybe you may have mild form, but other would die.
Also I have relaxing time all the day, working out, gymnastics, cooking, and sleep, in all, I do no serious work, no computer coding, no learning online of history of China, in all, I just feel I must have some holiday to keep my health with good level. In all, all like that.

APRIL 6, 2020 (MY HEALTH REPORT. I SUSPECTED I GOT COVID)

I prepared my breakfast myself while being in all-Russia quarantine. This is I am with coffee Jacobs on photo. I feel good more or less.
But I started to use anti-asthma inhaler Salbutamol and expectorant (also with Salbutamol) sometimes after I had had very strong fever in this February. The fever looked like COVID-19 if to compare symptoms, but without test I cannot say 100% this was COVID yet.
Also officially Russian government said here was no this virus in February (on February 27 I felt difficulty with breathing).
I got certainly some sort of bronchitis or asthma, was seen by local therapist on home on March 20, the therapist measured my blood pressure, temperature, said all it's good, may drink medical grasses like Tussilago or Matricaria.
I had seizures of asthma actually about 15 years ago last time, but then I gave up smoking, started eating less sugar and fat, and I was very good till this February.

The light-house top I see?

Is this the hill? is this the kirk?

Is this mine own countree?
