This course (in the YouTube video above) is called "CSD Unit 2 - Web Development ('18-'19)" (#CSD stands for Computer Science Discoveries for 18-19 aged students). This course is on free CodeDotOrg website. But to start learning this course you must sign in the CodeOrg. I signed in there very quickly with Facebook.
